FAQ – Frequently asked questions and answers

Can I still participate in the digital bonus scheme if I already have a paper bonus booklet full of stamps? Can I use the digital and paper versions at the same time?

Yes, the stamps from your paper booklet can be easily carried over into the digital bonus scheme. Once you’ve done that, you will no longer need to submit the paper bonus booklet

Can I also submit my children’s bonus booklets under my own login details, or do my children need to be registered separately?

If your children are registered as dependents on your insurance policy, they can use the bonus scheme under the login details of the primary policyholder. To sign them in, simply toggle to the child’s profile on the home screen, then activate the bonus scheme.

How do I submit my activities or settle my membership account for the year?

Stamps are submitted differently depending on the category. In the ‘Vorsorge’ (Preventative care) category, for instance, you will need to submit the doctor’s details as well as the date of the examination. In the ‘Impfungen’ (Vaccinations) category and the ‘Sport und Entspannung’ (Sport and relaxation) category, you will need to provide a form of proof (such as a vaccination certificate, certificate of participation in a prevention course, etc).

Click the ‘Auszahlung beantragen’ (Request payout) button to receive the payment you’ve earned.

Which forms of proof are accepted?

We accept the following forms of proof:

  • Sport and relaxation: Certificate/confirmation of participation, membership contract, official certificate of completion, stamp from your physical bonus booklet with current date, payment receipt with confirmation of subsequent membership/participation, etc.
  •  Vaccinations: Vaccination card/record/certificate
What is the deadline for submitting my bonus booklet to receive my bonus?

You can submit your information from the digital scheme or your paper bonus booklet once a year (by 31 March of the following year at the latest).

How many stamps do I need to earn a bonus?

The structure of the digital bonus scheme and its terms and conditions are identical to the paper-based bonus scheme.

You can receive a payout as long as you have at least one stamp.

How often can I receive bonus payouts?

You can request a bonus payout as soon as you have provided proof of all your health activities. You can also receive multiple payouts throughout the year.

How quickly will I receive my money from the digital bonus booklet?

The request to transfer the money to your bank account will be triggered on the same day, or on the next business day at the latest. After that, the speed at which the money arrives in your account will depend on how long the transfer takes and the business hours of the banks in question.

Can I add details for an additional bank account or change my bank details?

Yes! You can change your bank details or add details for an additional bank account on the ‘Bankdaten’ (Bank details) tab in the Service app.

Will I receive a letter or e-mail informing me when a payout has been made?

No. You can view the status of your payout in the Service app.
