Would you like to do more for your health? Audi BKK supports your commitment to good health and preventative care and refunds you up to 200 euros per year for certain services. You can choose from supplemental health services in dental care, osteopathy, medications, pregnancy and motherhood.

Do you believe in the gentle healing power of homeopathy? We reimburse our policyholders for the cost of medications that would not otherwise be covered by statutory health insurance. Secure your refund for over-the-counter homeopathic remedies recommended by your doctor and purchased from the pharmacy.
Audi BKK subsidises these medications with up to 100 euros per calendar year.
Keep your teeth healthy for life, and save money in the process. Starting on 01 August 2023, Audi BKK subsidises the following services with up to 60 euros per calendar year:
- Professional dental cleaning: even if your toothbrush does a good job, your mouth is still full of hard-to-reach places that don’t get cleaned properly. That’s why regular professional dental cleaning is important; it provides additional protection for your teeth.
- Fissure sealing: protects your teeth from tooth decay before it progresses
- Second dental scaling within a single calendar year
- Bacteria test before an upcoming periodontitis treatment
- Test to rule out metal allergies – no medical history or clinical indication necessary
- Caries infiltration: micro-invasive treatment of tooth decay with a special substance

Online Centre login
No login details? You will need a user account for the Audi BKK Online Centre to fill out the application and send it to us directly.
We support alternative therapies, including osteopathy. With GesundheitExtra, we cover costs of up to 30 euros per treatment for four sessions, or a maximum of 120 euros per calendar year. However, please note:
- that the professional quality of the osteopathic treatment will need to be verified.
- The osteopath will need to prove that they have specific qualifications, such as membership in the German Federal Association of Osteopaths, or eligibility for membership in such an organisation at minimum.
- Your doctor must provide written certification recommending the osteopathic treatment.
Audi BKK provides up to 200 euros per calendar year to cover extra services related to your pregnancy and motherhood.
- Antenatal class with a midwife for your partner for each pregnancy: this class provides parents with the best possible preparation for the birth of their child and the early days of caring for a newborn.
- A qualified on-call freelance midwife for each pregnancy
- Medical services provided with the goal of counteracting any risks to the healthy development of the child:
- Toxoplasmosis test, if it is not provided in accordance with motherhood guidelines
- For legal reasons, as of 01 January 2022, reimbursements can no longer be issued for ultrasound examinations
- Tests for hepatitis C antibodies, fifth disease antibodies, chicken pox antibodies, and cytomegalovirus (CMV) antibodies, if they are not provided in accordance with motherhood guidelines
- Private prescriptions issued by statutory health insurance-accredited doctors for folic acid, magnesium, iodine, and/or iron during pregnancy, as long as these prescriptions are filled by a pharmacy or an online pharmacy/medication delivery service certified under German law
FAQ – Frequently asked questions about GesundheitExtra
Simply send us your original documents as proof of your financial outlay (such as an invoice or a prescription from your doctor for medication or osteopathy). You do not need to send a special application to the health insurance company for these additional services; a simple message with your bank details will suffice. We will verify the invoice and then reimburse you a certain sum for the service up to the respective reimbursement limit.

You can decide which GesundheitExtra package is best for your needs. However, for each additional service, reimbursement from the health insurance company is limited to a maximum budget per year. You can receive total reimbursement of up to 200 euros per year for select services.

Family members on your insurance plan have their own rewards budget of up to 200 euros for select services.
Starting on 1 January of every calendar year (at the earliest: when your policy with Audi BKK goes into effect), you can select from our broad range of GesundheitExtra services, find the perfect services for your needs and be reimbursed for the costs.
Please submit your invoices and documents by 31 March of the year after the invoice was issued so that we can reimburse you for your expenses.
Unfortunately, credits or a remaining balance cannot be carried over into the following calendar year. Additionally, you cannot transfer your credits to another insured person.
