Audi BKK will reimburse you for the cost of vaccinations in connection with personal travel overseas. However, the vaccinations must be carried out by a statutory health insurance-accredited doctor based on the recommendations of the Standing Committee on Vaccination (STIKO) at the Robert Koch Institute (RKI). The service provided by your health insurance company covers both the vaccine itself and the costs of the associated medical treatment. You are entitled to full coverage of the costs for all recommended travel vaccinations. Medical services related to your vaccination can also be covered at up to a maximum of 2.3 times the GOÄ (Medical Fee Schedule) rate.
To reimburse your expenses, we will need the following documents: the prescription from your doctor, the invoice for the vaccine and documentation of the doctor’s fee. Please submit these documents and include your travel destination and your bank details. Once we review the documents, we will transfer the reimbursement directly to your account.
Is submitting hard copies too much of a hassle? Here’s a tip from us: go digital with the convenient Audi BKK Service app. It’s quick and easy to upload your vaccination documents via our digital channels.
